Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before purchasing any products or services offered by Noah Devoor / Pasadeno Marketing ("we," "us," or "our") through this website. By completing a purchase you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

We offer two categories of products:

• 1-on-1 Discord Mentorship — a 30-day coaching program delivered via Discord and video calls.
• Discord Server Templates — digital template files for use within the Discord platform, delivered electronically.

2. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

3. Delivery

Digital Templates

Upon successful payment confirmation from Stripe, a download link or Discord template link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically instant or within a few minutes. If you do not receive your link within 1 hour, contact pasadenomarketing@gmail.com.

Mentorship Program

After payment is confirmed, you will receive onboarding instructions within 24 hours via the email address provided at checkout. Mentorship is conducted via Discord DM and weekly video calls scheduled at mutually agreed times.

4. Refund Policy

Digital Templates

Because Discord server templates are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, all template sales are final and non-refundable once the link has been delivered.

Mentorship

If you have completed all assigned activities, attended scheduled calls, and feel you have not made meaningful progress after 30 days, contact us at pasadenomarketing@gmail.com and we will evaluate your situation on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not issued for non-participation, missed calls, or failure to implement the provided guidance.

5. No Earnings Guarantee

We provide educational content, coaching, and tools related to building and monetizing Discord communities. We make no guarantee of specific financial outcomes, earnings, or results. Any figures mentioned on this site represent possibilities based on effort, niche, and consistent application of the methods taught. Individual results will vary significantly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, scripts, and materials provided — including but not limited to written guides, video content, and Discord template configurations — are the intellectual property of Noah Devoor / Pasadeno Marketing. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own Discord server. You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the templates or content without explicit written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services or templates to:

• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Engage in fraud, spam, or deceptive practices.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Conduct any illegal activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Noah Devoor and Pasadeno Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
